Lydia Mckay

Lydia McKay is a Sydney-based musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a special interest in treating runners. With a background in the fitness industry and nearly a decade of experience in strength-based rehab, she brings a performance-focused approach to injury management. She’s known for taking a whole-athlete view; digging into biomechanics and strength testing to uncover weak links and get to the root of an issue, building lasting solutions. Lydia is passionate about not only helping runners overcome injury, but prevent them from getting re-injured down the track. She’s also an enthusiastic recreational runner and co-hosts a weekly podcast called ‘The Stronger Stride’ dedicated to educating the everyday recreational runner on injury prevention and performance.
